Once you've signed up, you'll be able to add as many design requests as you need to the queue. We will address them one by one, starting with the one at the top. We are here to make it easy and neat.
You can ask us for designs of all kinds, no problem! We generally excel at creating Apps, websites, logos and branding, brochures, social media content, and much more! We are here to give you a hand in whatever you need.
Good question! For starters, having a top designer for an entire year these days can be quite expensive, not to mention the benefits (and the ordeal of finding one available). Also, sometimes you may not have enough work to keep them busy all week, so you're paying for time you don't make the most of. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause or resume your subscription as needed. This way you make sure you only pay when you have work for your designer.
Work processes
On average, we resolve most requests within two days or less. However, some more complex requests may require a little more time.
You will be surprised to learn that Bulk Design operates as an individual agency. This implies that you will be working directly with me, the founder of Bulk Design. In addition, for special requests such as animations or custom illustrations, we have the collaboration of associated designers.
Bulk Design offers you incredible flexibility through the Trello platform. Clients choose from a variety of options, such as making requests directly in Trello, sharing documents on Google, or even presenting wireframes. Although, for those who prefer to express themselves more dynamically, there is also the option to record a short video with Loom. In short, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we consider it part of the game!
Cancellation and support
We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill the entire month. You may even only have one or two design requests at the current time. In these cases, the pause function in your subscription is your friend. Our billing cycles span a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, but then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will stop, leaving you with 10 remaining days of service that you can use at any time in the future.
No problem! We will continue to review the design until you are 100% satisfied. We use Slack as a method of communication.
Since our work is of quality, we do not have a refund policy. But don't worry, we're sure you'll love it so much you won't even want a refund! 😉
